At Valtiro, we believe every order deserves careful preparation and dependable delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Confirmation
After your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but our team always works to prepare orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation delays, or local carrier operations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Valtiro may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number.
Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–72 hours after shipment and allows customers to monitor the progress of their delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Valtiro cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by local authorities.
Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
If your package has not arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact us. Our support team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, include photographs of:
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- The damaged item
- The internal packaging
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
